We plan the layout and every selection with you before construction starts. Then we stay on your kitchen, and only your kitchen, until the final walkthrough.

Every remodel carries a 5-year structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on workmanship and installation.

It depends on the size of your kitchen, whether the layout changes, and the cabinets, countertops and fixtures you choose, so we don’t quote from a price list. On the free phone consultation we give you a rough ballpark. After the in-home visit you get one written, fixed price, with allowances for your selections and contingencies built in.
Most kitchen remodels take 4 to 8 weeks of construction. Before we start, you get a shared build schedule with every phase and date. We have never gone over one, and we usually finish early.
No. We only do one job at a time. Once your kitchen starts, we are only on your job until the final walkthrough, and you hear from us every workday.
Yes. Margaret, our designer, shops cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures and finishes with you, so your selections work together and fit the allowances in your estimate. We also offer 3-D renderings, and custom and semi-custom cabinetry.
Often, yes. The City of San Antonio typically requires a building permit to remodel, and electrical, plumbing and mechanical work need their own permits. Some smaller projects are exempt. Before any work starts, your contractor should tell you which permits your project needs. Our owner, Ryan Waddill, is an ICC-certified building inspector.
