Stone Oak
Stone Oak was the first master-planned community in Bexar County, drafted in 1985, and today it covers 35 subdivisions just west of US 281 and north of Loop 1604. Many of the earliest homes, including the Sonterra neighborhoods, date to the late 1980s and 1990s, so a lot of kitchens and primary baths here are ready for a second life.
Our Stone Oak primary bathroom remodel is on this page: a marble walk-in shower, a freestanding tub and a new double vanity, finished on schedule with an update every workday.
Services

Multi-room and full-home remodels run as one project, with one plan, one price and one schedule.
Our work
Good to know
Stone Oak sits inside San Antonio city limits, so building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits come from the City of San Antonio. Most subdivisions also have their own HOA, and several are gated. Interior remodels usually do not need HOA approval, but we follow each subdivision’s rules on contractor hours, parking and gate access, and we schedule deliveries so your neighbors are not bothered. Our owner, Ryan Waddill, is an ICC-certified building inspector.
They handled all the details, were very organized, kept the work area clean, used high quality products, were on site nearly everyday, worked hard to keep on schedule, communicated extremely well and made certain we were happy with the results.
