Our story
Axis Homes is a family-owned, high-end renovation company in San Antonio, started in 2014 by Ryan Waddill. Ryan is the owner, the operations manager and the contractor on your job, with more than 20 years in the trade.
We built the company around one idea: a remodel should be the best contractor experience you have ever had. That is why we only take one job at a time, put a designer on your team, give you one fixed price and a build schedule you can follow, and check in every workday.

The team
Owner, operations manager and contractor
Ryan has more than 20 years in the trade. He is fully licensed and insured, an ICC-certified building inspector, and a husband and father of three. He is on your job every workday.
Designer, Sweet Homes
Margaret is our design partner. She shops finishes, fixtures and materials with every client, so the selections work together and are settled before construction starts.
