Every make-ready is scoped to the home. These are the kinds of work we take on, in any combination.
Interior paint, drywall repairs and touch-ups so every wall is ready.
Flooring repairs or replacement, and tile work in kitchens and baths.
Cabinet repairs or refinishing, countertops, vanities and fixtures.
Updated lighting, faucets, hardware and the small things buyers notice.
Doors, trim, baseboards and hardware repaired or replaced.
The last details done and the home cleaned, so it is ready to show or move into.

It depends on the scope. Before we start, you get a shared build schedule with every phase and date, so you know exactly when the home will be ready. We have never gone over a build schedule and usually finish early.
Yes. Tell us the date on the free phone consultation and we will tell you plainly whether the scope fits. Once the work starts, you hear from us every workday with what got done and what is next.
No. We only do one job at a time. Once your project starts, we are only on your job until the final walkthrough.
The phone consultation is free and ends with a rough ballpark. The in-home visit and detailed written estimate have a fee based on the size of the project, and it is waived if you hire us. You get one clear, fixed price with allowances and contingencies built in.
