Axis Homes Plus

Our Process

We believe that a well-structured process leads to exceptional results. Here’s how we bring your vision to life.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Our first meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other. We begin with a 30-60 minute consultation, either over the phone or via zoom. We’ll discuss your needs, preferences, project goals, timeline and budget. By the end of our discussion, we can typically provide a rough estimate of the project cost.

CONCEPT & DESIGN

Understanding project costs—and the factors that influence them—is essential. Whether you have a fully developed design from another firm or are starting from scratch, early involvement allows us to guide you through key decisions that impact cost. Here, we refine the details. We will walk the space, take measurements, and develop a design that fits your style. This will allow us to create a detailed and accurate estimate.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

This phase includes finalizing construction documents and ordering materials. If you don’t have a designer, you’ll work closely with our designer to finalize material selections and fine-tune the design. During this time, we will also create a build schedule for your project. We collaborate closely with the client, architect, and designer to ensure all decisions are documented and incorporated into the formal construction contract.

CONSTRUCTION

With permits secured, scheduling complete, and materials ordered, the project moves into action. At Axis Homes, our construction process is thoughtfully designed and meticulously executed to ensure customer satisfaction while staying true to our core values. With each project we work with expert tradespeople to ensure high-quality results. Continuous site presence and collaboration with designers during the whole project helps ensure that the final product reflects the original vision.

PROJECT COMPLETION

When construction wraps up, we’ll do a full walkthough with you to review the work, complete any final touch-ups, and make sure everything meets your expectations. Once the punch-list is complete, your project is officially done and ready for you to enjoy.
